There are many cities specialized in producing Moroccan handicrafts, although it should be noted that in many cases it is the surrounding villages that are responsible for these tasks. On the coast, we must mention Casablanca, Essaouira, Safi, Sale, or Rabat. To the south, Tazenakht, Taroudant, Alnif, Erfoud, Goulmine, or Tiznit stand out. Tetouan, Tangier, Chaouen, and Ouezzane in the north, and in the center the monumental Fez, Marrakech, Meknes, Taza, and Azrou.
