3 day Merzouga desert trip - Marrakech to Fes
We took a 3-day excursion from Marrakech to Fes. Lhoucine, our guide, arrived on schedule. He was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating that we felt perfectly protected, plus he spoke English fluently. We might pause at any point and answer our questions. We visited Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah (UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987). The desert excursion was a lot of fun, and we got to snap some truly stunning photos. The camel ride in Merzouga was lovely, the solitude in the Sahara desert, arriving right before dusk! After dinner, he played music for us on the drums. We drove to Fes on the third day, passing via Ziz Valley, Cedar Forest… and Ifrane. Do not miss out on this 3-day desert adventure from Marrakech to Fes through Merzouga!!! hopefully to see you again!
Fun, safe, affordable & memorable 3-day tour from Marrakech to Fes
Desert Merzouga Tours provided us (three 30-something girls) with an unforgettable experience. We chose this tour company because they offered the best (lowest) prices, as well as because Hassan responded swiftly to my email and followed up — unlike the other tour companies, they went above and above to ensure my questions were answered quickly, before the trip. Hamid was our fantastic driver/guide on the actual trip; he picked us up on time every morning and made sure we had a rich experience of Morocco, delivering plenty of knowledge and jokes along the route. The riads were both beautiful, and the night we spent camping (glamping!) in the Sahara Desert was amazing. We had no issues about the cuisine or activities; they were typical of a tourist location. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and would strongly recommend Desert Merzouga Tours. They genuinely appreciate your business and respond quickly to unique requirements. Thank you very much! Saha!
Marrakesh to Fes 3 days/ 2 nights desert trip
Before choosing on Desert Merzouga Tours, my companion and I conducted extensive web research to determine which business to schedule a desert tour with. We were two young girls traveling alone, so our safety was paramount. There are other providers, but we chose this one because all of the reviews were fantastic and it was certainly worth the money. Our guide Ali was incredible, professional, kind, accommodating, and helpful in every way, plus he spoke excellent English. He took us to local, affordable, and excellent restaurants, and we learned so much about Morocco and Moroccan culture throughout our time with him. The automobile ride was pleasant, and we were free to stop whenever we pleased. The Sahara camp was excellent, with good cuisine and comfortable accommodations. I highly suggest Desert Merzouga Tours; you will have a fantastic trip!!
1. What kinds of vehicles are in use?
This is an excellent question! The vehicle we use is determined by the number of passengers in your group. We typically use Toyota Prado Land Cruiser TX, Ford 8 seater van, Mercedes Benz sprinter minibus, and other comfy vehicles.
2. How early should I reserve the tour?
Because the early bird gets the worm, it’s best to book as soon as you know the dates.
3. How do I pay for the trip?
To confirm any tour, we require a small deposit to be made to our PayPal account. The remainder of the payment is in cash and should be made to our guide on the first day in Euros or Dollars, or the equivalent in Dirhams.
